How Do I Remove One or Multiple Items From My Shopping Cart?

If you aren't there already, go to your shopping cart. If there are too many of the same item in your shopping cart, change the quantity by clicking in the white box under "Qty." Type in the number of products that you want and then click on the blue "Update Cart" button.

If you would like to remove an item altogether, click on the white box below "Remove Product(s)" and then click on the blue "Update Cart" button. 

How Do I Checkout My Items?

First you need to go to your shopping cart, do this by click on the shopping cart icon at the very top of the webpage. Once you're in the shopping cart and would like to pay for the products, simply click the blue "Checkout" button.

How do I Add Items to My Shopping Cart?

Click on the blue "Buy Now" button below any item that you would like to purchase in Kovels.com store.

How Do I Search For an Item in the Store?

To search for an item in the store, find the "Quick Find" search field in the upper right of the screen. Type in the name of the item you'd like to find and press the "Go" button to the right of the search field. Make sure your search terms (a.k.a. the words you use to search) are in the title of the product you're looking for. For example, if you search for "price" then your search will show you all Kovels.com products with the word "price" in the title.

Can I Buy a Gift Certificate For Kovels.com?

Yes. Look in the store in the "Other Items' category and you will find gift certificates.

What format do the digital downloads come in?

All the digital downloads are PDF files.

Can I Pay by Check? I Don't Feel Comfortable Using My Credit Card Online.

The website is secure for credit card transactions and the digital subscription is set-up to handle only credit card payments. It is possible to place an order by calling us at 800-571-1555, Monday–Friday 9:00 am to 5 pm. Please note, your order will not ship until we have received and processed your check.

What is the Wish List and How Do I Use It?

Using the Wish List, you can create a list of Kovels.com products that you are interested in buying, but aren't ready to purchase right away. Find a product that you're interested in and click on its picture. This will bring you to a page with more information about the product. In the bottom left of that page you'll find a blue "Add to Wish List" button. Click on this button and the item will be added to your Wish List. All the items in your Wish List are displayed in the left column of the Kovels.com store.

Order Status / Shipping

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

To check the status of your order, first make sure you're logged in. Next, click on the "My Account" tab in the top left of the webpage. Look for "My Orders" and click on it.

An Item is Missing From My Shipment.

If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact customer service as soon as possible through the contact form for or by by calling us at 800-303-1996, Monday–Friday 9:00 am to 5 pm.

How Do I Find Out About Shipping Costs?

You can calculate the price of shipping the shopping cart section of the Kovels.com store. After putting the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart, scroll to the bottom of the shopping cart page and look for the "Shipping Options" section. Fill in your zip code in the zip code box and click the "Recalculate" button to view the price of shipping.

Will You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship to international locations.

When Will My Order Ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, go the "My Orders" in the "My Account" section of the website to see your order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, in this case, Ohio.

Will my purchase be charged to my credit card immediately after I have made it?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return new, unopened items sold through our store within 30 days for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item(s).

Before mailing your product back be sure to contact us for the proper return authorization, then mail the product to:
