Help w/Paperweight ID 10 Months ago

I am hoping someone might recognize this signature on what, I presume, is a paperweight. It's large. 10 1/2" long, 3" wide through the center, and 3" tall. It weighs just over 5 pounds.
I'm a newbie, so hoping I'm doing this right, but pictures of what it looks like will be in separate posts.

Sorry for the post with no photo. It was too big and didn't upload. As soon as I figure out how to downsize it, I'll post. Are links to photos hosted online allowed in the forum?
