Tavern Table

Q: We are hoping you can solve a family mystery. Years ago we inherited a tavern table from my husband’s grandfather. The family story is that the tables were used in the tavern since the late 1870s. The iron base is marked “A. Lance Mfg. Co., Milwaukee, Wisc.” We haven’t found any information online about the manufacturer. Can you help?
