Sewing Pattern
Q: I have two vintage “cut and punched” sewing patterns in their original envelopes, but I cannot determine the manufacturer or publication date. There is no brand name printed on the envelopes or instructions. “New York Styles” is indicated on both envelopes. The sizes are determined by years. The notations on the envelopes are for ages 14 or 15 years old. The sewing instructions are printed on the inside of the envelope. Nothing is printed on any of the tissue pattern pieces. I would like to know the age and company who produced these items please.
