Embroidery on Cloisonné Stand
Q: I bought a framed picture on a globe-type stand from a friend who was going to put it in her garage sale. The picture has two embroidered cranes and Asian characters. The stand is almost 11 inches high and has enamel flowers and birds on a cobalt blue ground. Can you tell me something about it? I’m wondering what value the piece might have.
