IMPERIAL RUSSIAN SILVER - UNKNOWN PURPOSE 2 Years, 9 Months ago  
Imperial Russian object of unknown purpose, about 1900, size of common saucer, handle, the vessel of unknown purpose,too small for any condiment.Possibly home incensor - common practice in Orthodox church.
