Re:Metal eagles 1 Year, 4 Months ago
I have a really neat Art Deco Teapot that was made in Japan. It think it is brass though, it has patina that looks like copper. It's really dull and I know that polishing things is a no-no, but is it a no-no if it is brass and not copper?

The pictures did not load. The mark is of two lion's heads facing each other. There is a shield in the middle of the two heads. It appears to be blank with a possible crown on top of the shield.

Pewter Bread Basket - Friedrich Adler 1 Year, 3 Months ago
I have a pewter bread basket that appears to be identical to one made by Friedrich Adler. The hallmark, however, is inconsistent with the normal hallmark of either "Isis" or "Osiris". The mark on my basket is of a swan with a crown over its head, accommpannied by an "A" and "95%". Does anyone have any idea what this is? Thanks!

Re: Duck Baby figure 1 Year, 3 Months ago
I have been researching this item for quite sometime. Simply can not find any info on it, would this happen to be a Salemans sampler of Edith Parsons ' Duck Baby' ? Figure is about 7 inches tall, with the inscription of Duck Baby on the base.
