Hi John, I'll help you out. Watt was the name of a company in Crooksville, Ohio. In business from !922 to 1965 when factory burned down. They made mainly oven and kitchen ware out of clay. They sold thousands to grocery stores and gas stations with advertising on the inside and out. Most famous was an apple and green leaves on outside on bowl's etc. hand painted. At one time they were highly collectable and demanding high prices until sites like e-bay came along and flooded the market. Today you can buy it at very reasonable prices except those that have advetising on them from someones hometown.

Unfortunately Watt prices are really down and the 49 starflower platter would probably sell in the $50-75 range in the current market.
