Re:Limoges Dresser/Vanity set 11 Months ago
Hi, I can help you a little. The T&V is Tressemanes And Vogt who had a factory in France. One other piece looks like the mark is Bavaria, that's in Germany. The rectagular piece ,I believe is a celery or pickle dish made in Syracuse New York and is part of a dinnerware set. The two pieces on Lower right look like they match but were made in two different countries. I can't make out the other mark for sure. Hope this help's some

Here is a better picture of the mark that was hard to make out.

So this is not a set? Do you know an estimated value of these items? And maybe an est date of when they were made?

hi, I got some more info. 3 of your pieces were made in limoges,France. There were lot's of factories there as was Haviland. Bottom of bowl was made by William Guerin Co. GDA also Limoges made in the Charles Field Haviland (large tray) The date is 1897 to present. It does not say what the initials GDA stand for, I think maybe the artist's init.

Sorry two of them made in Limoges. T&V is not listed in Limoges list of factories but in France. Your syracuse is not part of you set and you have to be the judge on the other 3 pieces. As far as value you can get an idea on e-bay under limoges. In these times Limoges plates especially if beautiful and signed have been going for $70.00 to $90.00 each at auctions by collector's. They are old pieces. Have a good day

Thank you for all your info. 1 last question. So the tray (syracuse), is it Limoges or something else?
