I'm in the process of pricing vintage charms some of which are stamped alongside 14K with "ML" on it. Can someone tell me what that means. It is not the makers' mark. Your assistance would be most appreciative.

Hi, The mark of ML stamp on gold indicates the ratio or purity of gold.Every gold amount has different g/ml ratio. It helps to calculate the density = mass/volume displacement.
