Help sought regarding new Victorinox Chrono Classi 11 Months, 1 Week ago  
I recently purchased a new Victorinox Chrono Classic model no. 241405, the watch itself is stunning, all the chronograph functions point towards the 12o'clock position and i love how the watch looks different depending on how the light reflects off the stainless steel and guilloched face. However there is a problem regarding the bracelet clasp cover in that it keeps coming lose.
