Furniture is not my thing, but I'd say this is an oak veneered small side board or buffet for use in the dining room.
I am basing this on furniture my grandmother had and what she terms she used when talking about them. Plus the doors and drawers have locks on them which would indicate storing something of value, such as silver flatware in the drawers and serving pieces in the sides with the doors.

The furniture you have shown is a board or buffet made of wood and wooden joints which is smoothened and regular, colored and polished with resins, screwed with necessary tools and fitments, drawers inside with different dimensions and angular decorated legs. Please suggest more views.

It is pretty much a perfect example of furniture of 1920, a small table in the bedroom, made from polisandra. Depending of type surface conditions can cost anywhere from $ 1,000

It's "Tiger Oak" Bureau - maybe used in Dining Room for Silver -
considering all the locked drawers and doors. Used to see these in all my OLD Relatives homes.
