Crocker Farm Auction recently sold a stoneware jar dated 1802 for $195,500. The 5 1/2-inch jar had an incised eagle and blue decorations. It was made by potters from either the Remmey or Crolius family of Manhattan, setting an auction record for New York State stoneware.

We have 4 mud people, about 5″ glazed in green. They are female and all playing different instruments. They were our grandmothers who traveled around the world so we don’t know where she purchased them. Could you give us a value. Thank you, M Welsh
