Terry KovelTerry and Kim Kovel to Attend Antique City Fun Fair

Terry and Kim Kovel will be at the Antique City Fun Fair in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on Saturday and Sunday, April 14 and 15. Preview opens at 8 a.m. on Saturday. Regular show hours are Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The show is being held at the Rauch Fieldhouse at Lehigh University. There will be 250 dealers, entertainment, and an exhibit of "steampunk" (we reported on this new idea in Kovels Komments on Feb. 2, 2011). The show is open free to college students, who will be surveyed to learn what young collectors want. The show is best-known for toys, but you can find almost every kind of collectible and antique. We will be reporting on the show and interviewing collectors and dealers. When you see us, please stop and say hello.

Terry Kovel to Attend American Art Pottery Association Convention

Terry will be at the American Art Pottery Association national convention in Cleveland on April 19-22. Visit www.AAPA.info for more information, including schedule, lectures, auction, show details and maps. It's a great place to see educational exhibits of pottery as well as hundreds of pieces for sale. Let's talk pottery when you see me.

Terry Kovel to Host Public Television Auction of Antiques

Terry will be hosting the auction of donated antiques on the Cleveland Public Television (WVIZ-TV) fund-raising auction on April 26, 28, and 29. Watch for the "X Table" and bid online or by phone.
