January 2012

Feel like you’re being watched? This big eye was used for classroom instruction. It’s an optometrist’s model, 9 inches by 14 inches, made of painted plaster and glass. It opens to display the anatomy of the eye. It sold for $460 at a December Leland Little auction in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
