Wahliss bought the Alfred Stellmacher Porcelain Factory in Turn in 1894 and ran it under his own name. He died in 1900 and his sons took over the business. The factory was renamed Alexandra Porcelain Works Ernst Wahliss in 1905, so your plaque was made sometime between 1894 and 1905.
